WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING ABOUT SOFTSERV

Deniel Denysschen
11 years
Ice Hockey Player

''

Started ice hockey two years ago, Deniel was comfortable with sports and contact in sports having come from a rugby playing background, however the dynamics of ice hockey with focus on the agility, balance and power required to play the sport and compete was a cause for concern...

Deniel was introduced to the Hiperast (High Performance Assessment Training) system in September 2014 and has simply progressed and grown in leaps and bounds with the continual assessment and interaction of the platform. Deniel's coaches were able to monitor various aspects of on ice and off ice training and with that information listed for the stakeholders (athlete / parents / coaches) to see, a professional approach to his development was given and monitored.

Within 10 months, Deniel was able to massively increase his overall health and fitness along with skills needed to excel at the sport at a young age without harming his body in any way. Age appropriate extramural training and exercises was suggested and his hard work paid off.

Deniel is now peaking at the top of his age division, constantly showing improvement on the ice, is a go-to-guy for his team's bench manager and scored numerous goals in the league so far this 2015 along with the winning goal at the SA National Championships with a break-away goal off the cross bar.

Deniel's parents, Ben and Karen Denysschen are overly impressed with the software that they are able to access via their desktop or mobile device and are proud ambassadors of the Hiperast system.

Adam and Luke Vivier
18 and 14 years
Ice Hockey Players
''

Adam and Luke were introduced to ice hockey via public skating where they were scouted during a speed session, being the fastest on the ice made it easy to see that they should be playing ice hockey and in no time they were on the ice in kit.

Coming from a soccer background they were prone to playing as a team however their individual specific skills needed for hockey was obvioulsy not on par with their skating skills. The Vivier's were introduced to the Hiperast platform late 2014 where the focus of their training was on developing the required skills (sports specific) needed to excel at their new sport of choice.

Hiperast gave Elene and Spencer (the boy's parents) a transparent overview of how they were doing on a daily and weekly basis and they were able to monitor their progress. At times they were also able to see when either Luke or Adam slacked on their training, and they soon were playing catch up and keeping on track with their training program.

8 months into the system and both of the boys have developed great hockey skills, they have both represented their province in U16, U18 and U20 with a gold medal at U18 and a silver medal at U20 National Champs.

Elene, Adam and Luke's mom, thanks Softserv for the opportunity that her boys had to utilize the system and agrees that their sudden progression and improvement in the sport is directly related to the Hiperast platform.
